1. De-scaling - a process of rotary mechanical cleaning called 'back-cutting' to remove the grease and fat and restore the pipe back to its base material. Low cost, long lasting and convenient, since the pipes can be used as normal while the cleaning is taking place.

2. Water Jetting - high pressure water jetting blasts water through the pipes removing encrustations of fat and grease and other debris restricting flow in the pipe.

3. Where large quantities of grease, oils and fats are likely to be washed daily through the drains (such as in an hotel or restaurant) install fat, oil and grease traps to catch these materials so they can be routinely and safely removed.
